About the course:
The L&GNSW Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) course is tailored to provide Responsible Gambling Officers (RGOs) and other senior positions within hotels and clubs that operate gaming machines with advanced knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to effectively interact with patrons especially in high intensity situations and provide competent leadership skills to guide and support staff. From 1st July 2024 all RGOs must complete the mandatory ARCG course.
What’s included in the course? 1 day of training (over 6 hours) via Zoom, delivered by Zealifi’s experienced licensees and industry managers. Once the booking has been processed you will be automatically enrolled in our mandatory ARCG Enrolment. In the ARCG Enrolment you must upload a current RCG competency card, photo ID, complete online enrolment form | including providing an USI and agree to our terms and conditions. The ARCG Enrolment must be verified by no later than 4pm on the day prior to course commencement. Once your ARCG Enrolment has been verified and completed, the confirmation is emailed that includes the Zoom meeting link and pre-course instructions. **If you are booking the course on behalf of others please advise them of the instructions above.
After the course:
We will email your certificate of completion within 48 hours.
**IMPORTANT** Course pre-requisite is to have a current RCG competency card or digital card. You must be able to read, speak and write English fluently.
