As Zealifi’s RTO Compliance and Content Manager, Mel plays a key role in ensuring our training and assessment services meet regulatory requirements while delivering a positive learning experience for students and clients.
Mel manages the organisation’s compliance framework, quality assurance processes and continuous improvement activities. She also works closely with our training partners and business clients, supporting their ongoing training needs and helping them build capable, confident teams.
Beyond compliance, Mel develops online training courses, creates industry resources and educational content, and contributes to Zealifi’s marketing through blogs, social media and client communications. Her passion for practical learning and continuous improvement helps ensure Zealifi’s training remains relevant, engaging and industry focused.
