There is no hiding from the facts now!  

COVID has revealed the true nature of our service team, some team members have amazed us while others have left us wondering why did I ever care about them so much? Those who fail to support us when we needed them most “those who become regularly mysteriously unwell when they were rostered on to work” or was it those we bought back on full time hours, and paid for it no less who whined about not getting the same time off as others! Let us make sure we don’t reward those who wouldn’t support us when we needed them. Reward those team members who stepped up, came in respected their workplace and colleagues and proved they truly belong.
