Terms & Conditions

The below Terms and Conditions are for all courses that Australian Consulting & Training Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Academy Hospitality Australia and Zealifi (RTO No 31709) https://training.gov.au/organisation/details/31709/summary delivers and issues certification.

Booking Conditions

• Pre Enrolment Quiz is required to be completed prior to purchasing Online RSA (SITHFAB021), Online RSG (SITHGAM022) and NSW RSA if you are the person attending or enrolling into the course.
• If the Pre Enrolment Quiz is not completed prior to purchase, Zealifi will contact the student within 2 business days to chase up.
• If the purchase was for an online RSA or online RSG, we will suspend access to online courses until Pre Enrolment Quiz is completed.
• If the purchase was for NSW RSA, the student’s booking place is not confirmed until the Pre Enrolment Quiz is completed.
• The Pre Enrolment Quiz allows students to be assessed in their Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills, Zealifi will advise students of their suitability for the training product they have chosen. Zealifi will advise students of training support and wellbeing options that Zealifi can offer.
• Face to face training courses is subject to minimum numbers and are required at least 7 days in advance to secure a booking.
• Bookings for face to face courses may be accepted up to one (1) day prior to the commencement of the training course depending on availability.
• A confirmation email is sent out once we receive your booking and/or when any pre enrolment procedure is adhered to.
• RMLV certificates will be issued within 5 working days, only when full payment has been received, full attendance and the course is 100% successful.
• The statement of attainment for all accredited courses will be issued within 5 working days, only when full payment has been received, and the course is 100% successfully completed. We can email a copy to employer only if student provides their consent.
• Certificates of Completion for non-accredited courses are emailed electronically to the student or employer, within 5 working days when full payment is received. If printed copy is required, an extra cost of $11.00 will be invoiced. Full payment is required prior to posting the certificate.
• For all online non-accredited courses, the Certificate of Completion is emailed out to the student at no additional cost.
• Accurate information must be provided in online enrolment form; this is used in production and distribution of certification. If information is incorrect, Zealifi is not liable for misspelled or non-delivery of certifications.
• Notification of posted certificates not received by participants will be replaced free of charge, up to one (1) month after course completion.

Fees and Refund Conditions

• There are no hidden fees regarding the course prices listed on the website, Zealifi does not charge extra fees for urgent marking, course extensions, or one on one support. The price listed is all you pay for the course, however if you are paying via credit/debit card a card processing fee will be added at the checkout.
• There are extra fees that would only apply in these circumstances:
  • Refunds less paid transaction fees
  • Replacement certificate fee – $50 for RMLV and $15 for all other training courses, this includes postage and administration, and fees must be paid prior to issuing the replacement certificate.
• No show on the day of the face to face course will incur a 100% forfeit of monies.
