What do I receive at the end?
Two credentials: the L&GNSW interim certificate (used to get your NSW competency card) and a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB021, both within 3 business days.
Do I need to do anything before the course?
Yes. Complete the quick pre-enrolment quiz before purchase. Your spot isn't confirmed until it's done. On the day, bring photo ID, your Unique Student Identifier (USI), a pen and a notepad.
Can I renew my NSW RSA here?
No. NSW competency card renewals must be completed through the Liquor & Gaming NSW online refresher program. This course is for new cards or cards expired more than five years.
Is the Statement of Attainment valid outside NSW?
Statements of attainment don't expire, but each state and territory sets its own requirements. Check the licensing website for the state you plan to work in.
Is Zealifi approved to run this course?
Yes. Australian Consulting & Training Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Zealifi (RTO 31709) is approved by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver this course in the classroom.
How long does the course run?
One full day, 8:00am – 4:30pm (QLD time), with assessment completed in class.
