"Emerald Lakes Golf Club is a premium leisure facility located on the Gold Coast. It has maintained its position as a leader in the Golf Industry and the business sectors in which it operates. We operate in very competitive market where being good is just not good enough. Zealifi has worked with us to deliver an outstanding Leadership Development program over a 12 month period. Part of the program included a Mystery Visitor Survey (secret shopper) at the start and every three months to gauge and measure improvements or otherwise in our teams efforts to satisfy our customers. The principle focus was specifically around the clubs Food & Beverage offering. The survey gave us a ‘first time visitor’ perspective on what they saw, received and most importantly, how we made them feel. The detailed reported we received within 48 hours of each survey was still very fresh so we could act on it quickly.
